Shifting Power Collaborative is a Black Trans-led, relationship-centered organizational practice that supports social justice organizations in building the everyday structures, practices, and relationships needed to move equity, justice, and liberation from values into action.
We Begin With Relationship
Our work begins with listening, relationship, and shared sensemaking. From there, we collaborate with organizations to design support rooted in equity, care, accountability, repair, and the practice of shifting power toward people most impacted by organizational decisions.

We support organizations through learning experiences, facilitation, conflict repair, organizational sensemaking, and strategy. Each collaboration is shaped around your context, capacity, values, and people.

Many people would call us consultants. We call ourselves collaborators because this work is relational by design. We bring lived experience, facilitation wisdom, mediation practice, Black feminist methods, and qualitative and quantitative meaning-making to equity-centered strategy.
